Tim Alexy of TMA Bodyworks is a soft tissue specialist. He uses Advanced Muscle Reconstruction (AMR), a precision myofascial method that works fiber by fiber in the connective tissue to restore structural balance, mobility, and flow with minimal discomfort, in cooperation with the body's own healing intelligence.
Tim was trained in Advanced Muscle Reconstruction by Jimmy Bluff and works fiber by fiber the way Bluff taught it - not force, not generic massage. He also trained in Gillespie Approach craniosacral fascial therapy with Dr. Barry Gillespie in Pennsylvania, so sessions can address fascia and the craniosacral system together.
His work focuses on releasing chronic tension with targeted pressure so deeper layers of muscle and fascia can realign. Drawing from AMR, Cranial Sacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), and myofascial release, he addresses the restrictions behind persistent pain, poor posture, and limited movement: delivering lasting physical relief and enhanced functional movement.
Tim is an ISSA-certified personal trainer. This allows him to provide tailored exercise recommendations and routines that clients can perform at home, reinforcing the therapeutic benefits, building strength, improving mobility, and supporting long-term progress.
After reversing his own scoliosis and gaining an inch and a half of height through fascial work, rebalancing exercise, stress reduction, and diet, Tim uses AMR and then gives clients a tailored rehabilitation protocol. Clients typically notice improved mobility and reduced tension in the first session, with lasting structural changes over a series of visits.
